Concrete Foreman
Work – Commercial & Industrial Flatworks & Above/Below Grade Structural
Duration – Seasonal / project-based — strong conversion to full-time permanent based on performance & fit
Locations – Edmonton/St. Albert-based with periodic out-of-town work (3–21 days, ~10–30% of the year) across Alberta and beyond
Compensation – $42–$52/hr, based on experience and competency
Run the crew, own the output, hold the standard — and turn the project into permanent.
Why this is worth your time
- Pay for what you bring. Competitive rate set to your experience and competency.
- Technically complex work. High-value industrial and commercial concrete projects across Alberta.

- Report production daily and flag issues early to the Superintendent
- Ensure workmanship meets ITP and project spec
