Join Sheridan Seating Inc as a Customer Service Representative in Canada, where your role will be vital in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and service. Based in, you will contribute to our mission of delivering the best seating solutions and creating memorable venue experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support and address customers concerns and inquiries to include advising customers of shipping dates or order ready for pick up.
- Receive emails/ calls for customer parts order
- Address administrative complaints and escalate technical complaints to the project coordinator as needed.
- Provide shipping quotes based on parts order packages
- Communicate needs for production/shipping to produce ordered parts
- Conduct various clerical duties such as email, filing, bookkeeping and communicating with suppliers and customers.
- Follow up on parts orders in production and communicate “needs” to management at production meetings.
- Create customs documentation for part/ orders shipping across the boarder and provide them to the drivers.
- Schedule Parts Orders Shipping
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or other equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ of direct work experience in a customer service
- Previous work experience within the mechanical or fabrication industries would be considered an asset.
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent time management and listening skills.
- Highly organized and service oriented.
- Able to perform basic calculations, mathematical figures and familiar with imperial measurement.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to deal with people diplomatically and professionally at all time.
- Proven data entry and typing skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written .
Accounting or bookkeeping experience an asset
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
