We are seeking a Professional Cleaner to join our team!
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential spaces, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for clients. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail to impress homeowners , airbnb guests and hosts , cottage owners and commercial clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your cleaning expertise while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, energetic setting.
You must be willing to travel to different clients homes, cottages and offices. Our service area is Pembroke, Calabogie, Beachburg, Renfrew, Golden Lake, Eganville, Kinburn, Almonte, and surrounding areas. most importantly, you msut LOVE cleaning and have a STRONG eye for detail.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks across residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping,scrubbing bathrooms, baseboards and sanitizing surfaces with a finished, complete service everytime, leaving no "missed spots" or debris.
- Handle laundry services such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by using appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes
- Communicate clearly with staff, management and clients to understand specific cleaning needs , keeping cleaning supplies stocked and provide friendly, professional service
- Organize supplies and ensure all cleaning tools are well-maintained and ready for use
Qualifications
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, painting, construction or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent time management skills to ensure punctuality and efficiency
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, scrubbing and standing for extended periods
- Good communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members
- Basic knowledge of laundry procedures and household cleaning techniques
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, professional attitude

-Experience highly preferred but not necessary
-Pay starting at $23 hourly and up to $30 hourly for supervisor positions and /or experience level and work ethic.
-20-35 hours weekly to start

-Hours are flexible with weekday, weeknight and weekends(summer months)
