As as Assistant Pastry Chef, you will support our with daily tasks - create a wide variety of high-quality treats - danish dough , mousses, syrups, cheesecakes, and more. Organizing, and cleaning the kitchen area to . This role requires high attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries
- Morning shift from 7am
- Prepare toppings and ice cream fillings
- Organizing, and cleaning the kitchen area
- Packaging and sealing
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following health and safety regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior pastry experience is preferred
- A degree in the Culinary Arts or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred (not required)
- Follow our procedures/recipes to meet our product standard
- Physically fit and able to lift 20kg
- Commit to start 7am
- High energy to work effectively
- Punctual & reliable to show up all scheduled shifts
- Attentive to detail and understands the importance of a clean, organized kitchen
- Good English language communication skills
