We're looking for dependable and motivated Production Team Members to join our clients automotive manufacturing team. This is a full-time day shift position working on automotive components for leading vehicle manufacturers in a fast-paced production environment.
Location: St. Thomas
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Short Term Contract
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Occasional Saturday shifts are required based on production needs (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)
What You'll Do
- Assemble automotive components,
- Load and unload metal parts into stamping presses.
- Sand and finish metal components using orbital sanders.
- Rotate between workstations every two hours to support production and reduce repetitive tasks.
- Follow quality and safety standards while meeting production targets.
- Work collaboratively with your team in a manufacturing environment.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an asset.
- Experience using an orbital sander on metal is preferred.
- Comfortable loading and unloading parts from production presses.
- Able to safely lift and carry larger automotive components as part of a two-person team (less than 50 lbs per person).
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work occasional Saturdays when required.
