We have full-time and part-time positions available on our mowing crew. If you enjoy working outdoors, taking pride in your work, and staying active, we want to hear from you.
What We Offer
- Starting/Training Wage: $18.00 per hour + 4% vacation pay paid bi-weekly.
- Growth Potential: Those who accelerate at the job and are motivated to take on more of a leadership role will be compensated accordingly.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday - unless delays due to rain, then occassional Saturday
- Support: High-quality commercial equipment, safety gear, and a supportive team environment.
Job Requirements (Strictly Enforced)
- License: Must have a valid Class 5 driver's license.
- Transport: Must have a reliable vehicle to get to and from work each day.
- Note: Applicants without a drivers license and vehicle will NOT be considered for this position.
- Experience driving a pickup truck and towing a utility trailer - definite asset.
- Physical Fitness: Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliability: You show up on time and are ready to work every day when scheduled.
- Dedication: You take pride in making properties look their best.
- Weather Resilient: You enjoy working outside in all weather conditions.
Strong Assets
- Experience and Ability to safely and efficiently drive a pickup truck and tow a utility trailer is preferred.
What You Will Do
- Mow and trim residential and commercial lawns.
- Trim and weed around obstacles, flower beds, and fences.
- Apply fertilizer and lawn treatments accurately.
- Operate equipment like commercial mowers, string trimmers, and blowers.
- Clean up all clippings and debris from driveways and walkways.
