About This Opportunity:
CPA Ontario is seeking an Education Coordinator for a 6-month contract to help deliver an exceptional experience for students pursuing the CPA designation. In this role, you will serve as a key point of support within the CPA Pre-Certification program, resolving complex inquiries, coordinating enrolment and examination processes, and ensuring students receive timely, accurate, and professional service throughout their educational journey. Working collaboratively across teams, you will contribute to process improvements, maintain data integrity, and help drive operational excellence in support of student success.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Responding to complex student inquiries and escalations by analyzing individual situations, leveraging system data, and providing clear, accurate, and timely resolutions aligned with service standards.

Conducting testing of enrolment functionality, system enhancements, and key processes, documenting outcomes, identifying issues, and recommending practical solutions.

Reviewing and refining student communications, website content, and portal information to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with education policies and procedures.

Strengthening data integrity by performing and enhancing edit checks, identifying discrepancies, and executing corrective actions.

Identifying trends and improvement opportunities by analyzing recurring issues, preparing insights, and contributing to process, policy, and service enhancements.
To Be Successful You Need:

A post-secondary degree or diploma, combined with a minimum of two years of administrative or program support experience, preferably within a structured, regulated, or professional environment.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations, exercise sound judgment, and develop thoughtful, well-reasoned solutions.

Exceptional attention to detail, a high standard of accuracy, and a strong commitment to maintaining data integrity across systems and processes.

Strong technical proficiency, including advanced skills in Microsoft Office and experience working with Salesforce or similar database management systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally, clearly, and empathetically, even in complex, sensitive, or escalated situations.
Salary Range
-
The starting annual salary range for this position is between $53,000 - $66,300 per annum, based on your qualifications, experience, and internal parity. Exceptions may be considered with further review.
