Elevated Pizza is looking for a skilled, reliable Pizza Cook / Chef to join our small, focused team. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who cares about ingredients, technique, and consistency.
What you’ll be doing
- Making and managing pizza dough (mixing, fermentation, portioning)
- Topping and baking pizzas during service
- Maintaining clean, organized prep and kitchen stations
- Following systems and recipes to ensure consistency
- Working closely with ownership in a craft-driven environment
What we’re looking for
- Kitchen or pizza experience (artisan pizza experience is a big plus)
- Comfortable with scratch cooking
- Organized, clean, and detail-oriented
- Calm under pressure during service
- Reliable and punctual — this is non-negotiable
- Pride in your work and willingness to learn
