We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly Customer Service Event Staff to join our team for the Water Lantern Festival in Calgary, AB.
Event Dates:
Friday, July 25,2026- Saturday, July 26,2026
Pay Rate: $16.50/HR
Set Up Crew
- Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Positions Available: 3
Event Crew (Customer Service)
- Time: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Positions Available: 10
Clean Up Crew
- Time: 7:30 PM – 1:00 AM
- Positions Available: 3
- Welcome and assist event guests
- Answer customer questions and provide directions
- Help with lantern distribution and event activities
- Monitor assigned event areas
- Support event operations as directed by supervisors
- Set up and tear down event equipment (where applicable)
- Maintain a positive, professional, and friendly attitude throughout the event
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, dependable, and punctual
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Previous event experience is an asset but not required
