Join our dynamic construction team we are currently looking for a Foreman, Excavator Operator, Dozer Operator, and Skidsteer Operator! Home base is Cochrane and you must be willing to travel as some of our projects are in Canmore, Banff and Calgary.
Duties
- Foreman must have a minimum of 5 years experience running commercial or industrial sites.
- Operators must have a minimum of 3 years experience operating heavy equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on heavy machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in site preparation, grading, trenching, loading/unloading materials, and other earth-moving tasks.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project timelines and specifications.
- Follow all safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and following the safety program.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and efficiently.

- Safety Tickets (Ground Disturbance, First Aid and CSTS) are an asset
- Wages will be determined by experience
Pay: $30.00-$43.00 per hour
