We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Production & Supply Chain Coordinator to support production planning, demand planning, materials planning, purchasing, inventory management, and supply chain operations.

What You'll Do:
Production Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts and inventory requirements.
- Monitor production progress and proactively address potential delays or disruptions.
- Balance short-term priorities with long-term production needs.
- Coordinate production activities with co-packers and manufacturing partners.
Inventory & Materials Management
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
- Coordinate purchasing activities and maintain purchase orders.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding deliveries, lead times, and inventory requirements.
- Conduct inventory reconciliations and support cycle count activities.
- Monitor material usage, waste, and inventory accuracy.
Operations & Supply Chain Coordination
- Serve as a key point of contact between production, quality assurance, warehouse, logistics, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Coordinate production outputs with shipping schedules and customer demand.
- Participate in production planning and operational review meetings.
- Ensure accurate documentation and traceability of materials and production activities.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track and report on key operational and supply chain metrics.
- Prepare production planning reports and performance summaries.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Support process improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, and operational efficiency.
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in food, beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), manufacturing, production planning, demand planning, materials planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems.
- Experience with ERP or MRP systems is considered an asset.
- Experience in food, beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or manufacturing environments is preferred.
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
