3rd Floor Tailors is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented team member to join our team.
This role works closely with the owner, clients, and tailoring team to ensure projects are communicated clearly, scheduled efficiently, and completed smoothly. You will often be the first person our clients meet and will help create a warm, welcoming, and professional experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting clients
- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
- Managing client emails and communication
- Creating and maintaining client files
- Entering fitting notes and work details
- Coordinating work between the fitter and tailoring team
- Preparing pricing using studio guidelines
- Processing payments and deposits
- Supporting daily studio operations
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is genuinely kind and enjoys working with people
- Communicates exceptionally well in person and by email, and who’s English is their native language.
- Is warm, professional, and confident with clients
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented
- Works well under pressure and can manage multiple priorities
- Is comfortable with computers and scheduling software
Experience in administration, customer service, hospitality, bridal, or fashion is an asset.
This is a contract position.
