Widebody Collective is a growing automotive aesthetics shop specializing in vinyl wraps, PPF, headlight restoration, and custom bodykit work, with a focus on BMW and Audi platforms. We’re building a brand around quality craftsmanship and community, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in detail work to join us.
About the Role
This is a hands-on position in a small, owner-operated shop — you’ll be working directly alongside the owner, not lost in a big team. Expect variety: one day you’re doing a full wrap, the next it’s a bumper, headlight restoration, or PPF install. Flexibility and willingness to learn multiple services matters more than narrow specialization.
Responsibilities
- Install vinyl wraps (full and partial) on vehicles, primarily BMW and Audi models
- Apply paint protection film (PPF)
- Perform headlight restoration services
- Prep vehicle surfaces properly (cleaning, decontamination, panel removal as needed)
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional workspace
- Communicate directly with customers on job status and expectations when needed
- Help maintain quality and consistency as the shop’s service menu grows (future: tinting, bodykits)
Requirements
- Prior experience with vinyl wrap installation (professional or extensive personal project experience)
- Strong attention to detail — this is a perfectionist’s trade, and quality is non-negotiable
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Own basic hand tools (shop will provide wrap-specific tools/equipment)
- Reliable transportation to the Brantford, ON shop location
Nice to Have
- PPF installation experience
- Familiarity with BMW/Audi trim removal and panel work
- Manufacturer certification (3M, Avery Dennison, KPMF, XPEL, etc.)
- Interest in the car culture/enthusiast community side of the business
Pay: $700.00-$1,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Casual dress
- Flexible schedule
- On-site parking
Work Location: In person
