Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision and care.
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area to ensure a pleasant environment.
- Provide product demonstrations and information to enhance customer understanding.
- Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves as needed.
Skills
- Strong cash handling abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for transaction processing.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience.
- Fluent in English; multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in product demonstrations is beneficial.
- Previous cashiering experience is preferred but not required.
