The Role
We are seeking a polished and professional Care Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our members and play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding experience that aligns with our high standards of proactive, longevity-focused proactive care and health optimization.
This role requires a blend of administrative expertise, exceptional customer service skills, care navigation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, premium wellness setting.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all members entering the clinic
- Guide members through their entire clinic visit experience
- Manage all members communication including calls, emails, and appointment confirmations
- Coordinate seamless scheduling and follow-up care
Medical Administrative Operations
- Support clinical team with administrative tasks, including EMR record-keeping
- Process membership agreements and handle billing inquiries
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for referrals
- Manage clinic supplies and maintain a pristine environment
- (Ideally) Conduct member onboarding presentations when members first sign up for a membership.
Essential Qualifications
- Medical Office Administration diploma or related education
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare clinic service environment
- Proficiency with EMR systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Emotional intelligence and professional demeanour
Preferred Qualifications
- Attention to detail and ability to track multiple tasks in an administrative workflow concurrently
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Polished presentation skills
- Experience in a membership-based or concierge service environment (healthcare, luxury hospitality, or customer service)
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
