We’re hiring a dependable Operations Associate to support daily store management. This role is more than cashiering — it’s hands‑on responsibility for keeping the store running smoothly.
Evening and weekend availability is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and the store is always customer‑ready
- Monitor inventory levels and identify low‑stock items
- Make sales and provide friendly, efficient customer service
- Cover shifts when needed to support store operations
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Follow all AGLC regulations, including ID checks
What We’re Looking For
- Must be available evenings and weekends
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs
- Must be 18+ with valid ProServe (or willing to obtain)
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
