We are currently hiring a Full-Time Experienced Cleaning Technician with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. This position includes residential cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services.
We are a residential and commercial cleaning company specializing in post-construction cleaning of custom homes. We are looking for detail-oriented, reliable individuals who take pride in creating clean, well-presented spaces.

Residential Cleaning:
Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes to a high standard
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all living spaces
Ensure homes are clean, organized, and well-presented
Pay close attention to detail in client living environments

Commercial Cleaning:
Complete cleaning tasks in commercial spaces when required
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety standards
Maintain consistency and quality across all job sites

Laundry & Housekeeping Duties:
Handle laundry including sorting, stain removal, washing, drying, and folding
Make beds to a high standard with hotel-style presentation
Manage full linen cycles including stripping and remaking beds

General Responsibilities:
Use cleaning tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Follow cleaning protocols to ensure consistent quality
Maintain supplies and report any issues or safety concerns
Communicate professionally with clients as needed
Adhere to all safety guidelines and use protective equipment when required

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and dependable personal vehicle
Previous cleaning or custodial experience is an asset (residential cleaning experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail and pride in residential work
Good time management skills
Professional communication and customer service skills
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual
