Flury Earthworks is hiring for a permanent, full-time civil labourer. This is a support role for a career labourer who knows their way around a trench and wants to work with a high-standard civil team.

Experience with excavation labour and civil work an asset. If you have experience in these areas, please make sure your resume clearly indicates that.
Responsibilities:
- Support pipe and infrastructure installations (water, sewer, storm, shallow utilities).
- Operate pipe lasers, grade lasers.
- Operate compaction equipment such as plate tampers and ride on rollers.
- Operate water pumps.
- Manual labour.
- Spot and assist our equipment operators in digs.
- Conduct quality control of completed works.
- Contribute to daily safety meetings.
What You Bring:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in civil construction, specifically working around underground utilities.
- Technical Familiarity: You know what a pipe laser is, you understand bedding requirements, and you can take direction from a pipelayer/operator.
- Fitness: Ability to handle physically demanding manual labour in all weather conditions.
- Safety Mindset: Valid First Aid (Level 1) and Confined Space Entry are highly valued.
- Reliability: Must have a valid Class 5 Driver's License and reliable transportation to sites

- Construction labour: 2 years (preferred)
