LiftbossJCB. is looking to hire a full-time Service administrator for their Calgary Branch.
Experience is always a benefit, but most importantly we are looking to find someone with a good work ethic, willing to learn, work as part of a team.
Job duties include, but not limited to:
- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls and inquiries.
- Enter in tech timecards in Time Management System.
- Process Service paperwork and draft Service Invoices for customers.
- Submit customer invoices and process payments as required for COD accounts.
- Upload/submit invoices per customer’s supplier invoice submission portals when needed.
- Obtain customer purchase orders for invoices when required.
- Closing sublet vendor invoices.
- Inputting PM Agreements into Epicor/SILK and maintaining PM files.
- Maintain customers Contract labour rates in Silk and special instructions.
- Generate Month end reports and maintain open orders reporting directly to the Service. Manager for Month end.
- Assist in submitting parts and estimate requests to the Parts Department.
- Assist in generating service work orders for technicians.
- Assist Service Dispatcher with scheduling/booking in PM Services and service calls when requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to time manage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as: Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Experience with Epicor/Silk software an asset.
- Attendance and punctuality.
- Must posses a confident, Professional appearance and strong communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers.
