Role Overview
This role is focused on building and organizing our digital presence.
You will take real project content and turn it into:
- Website pages
- Project case studies
- Structured, professional content assets
This is not just posting — this is about building something that drives real business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development & Content Build
- Create and update service pages (fire features, heating, infrastructure, etc.)
- Build clean, well-structured project pages using real job content
- Maintain strong formatting, layout, and user experience across the website
- Improve calls-to-action and overall flow for client inquiries
Content Organization & Asset Management
- Organize all incoming photos/videos into a clean, searchable system
- Maintain a structured content library for long-term use
- Identify high-value projects and flag them for full case studies
Writing & Content Development
- Write clear, professional drafts for:
- Website pages
- Project summaries
- Service descriptions
- Maintain a consistent, premium tone aligned with our brand
Basic SEO & Performance Support
- Implement on-page SEO fundamentals:
- Page titles
- Meta descriptions
- Headings and structure
- Support Google Business Profile updates with project content
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in post-secondary (marketing, business, communications, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Comfortable with website platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, etc.)
- Strong writing ability (clear, structured, professional)
- Able to take direction and execute consistently
