Starting salary of $40,000 annually, based on relevant experience and qualifications
Role and Responsibilities:
Answer switchboard for multiple companies
Answer general question phone calls
Answer general question emails
Monitor and respond to email lead inquiries; track information on Excel spreadsheet
Distribute incoming mail and process all outgoing mail
Maintain various databases via Excel spreadsheet
Maintain various databases via Word document
Organize meetings via Zoom and Outlook
Process contracts via DocuSign
Assist with Marketing tasks, including databases and administrative information
Maintain and order office supplies
Maintain general office tidiness and organization
The position requires strong organizational skills and good knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook. The role is central to communication in the organization. Candidates should be comfortable working with people, including the general public, and proficient English language skills are required.
