Join our team as a Transportation Coordinator at our facility in. In this role, you will oversee shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our products while supporting our commitment to quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Logistics related Operations
- Work closely with internal Supply Chain team, Transportation Vendors and Suppliers, coordinating, executing and monitoring transportation operations
- Process all transportation purchase orders accurately & in a timely manner
- Support cost management and reduction strategies through execution
- Ensure billing is accurate
- Able to prioritize effectively
Qualifications
- Able to work well under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments by demonstrating flexibility and adapting to last-minute changes.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong computer skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- High level of professionalism, exceptional customer service, and organizational skills

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
