We strive to provide the best cleaning service, with certified professional team, to ensure comfortable and clean environment for both workers and customers. Ultimately, an outstanding cleaning supervisor will display effective leadership skills to ensure the timely completion of staff’s janitorial duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Prepare work schedules
· Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
· Hire and train cleaning staff
· Recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services
· Assist cleaners in performing duties
· Inspect sites and facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
· Prepare budget and cost estimates
· Receive payments for preformed cleaning jobs
