Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various manual tasks across our worksite, supporting the overall operations and ensuring safety and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials or equipment
- Assist with site cleanup, organization, and preparation for ongoing projects
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools or materials as directed
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery following safety protocols
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Help with loading and unloading supplies or materials onto trucks or storage areas
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout shifts
- Collaborate effectively with team members to complete tasks efficiently
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety and detail
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar manual labor roles is a plus but not required
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable transportation is preferred for commuting to job sites
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
