Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Pet Groomer to join our team. Duties
- Bathing, drying, and brushing pets to prepare them for grooming
- Trimming, clipping, and styling fur according to breed standards or customer requests
- Cleaning ears, trimming nails
- Ensuring the safety and comfort of pets during grooming
- Maintaining cleanliness of grooming tools and work area
- Providing excellent customer service by communicating with pet owners about grooming needs and preferences
- Handling heavy lifting when necessary, such as lifting larger or heavier animals safely
- Ensuring timely service delivery
Experience
- 2 years of previous experience in pet grooming or a related field is required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners and team members
- Ability to handle animals gently yet confidently, ensuring their safety and comfort during grooming sessions
- Passion for animal care and attention to detail in grooming techniques
