About Studio Eleven
Studio Eleven is a new boutique infrared-heated fitness studio opening in Orleans. We offer a variety of mat-based classes including strength, Pilates, barre, and cardio, all within an elevated, welcoming and community-focused environment.
We’re looking to expand our instructor team with energetic, knowledgeable and engaging instructors who are passionate about creating an exceptional class experience.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for instructors who can confidently lead safe, effective and engaging group fitness classes while providing clear instruction, strong cueing and modifications for varying fitness levels.
Ideal candidates are:
* Certified in group fitness, mat Pilates, barre, personal training or another relevant fitness discipline
* Comfortable teaching in an infrared-heated environment
* Confident providing clear verbal cueing and demonstrating proper form
* Energetic, engaging and comfortable teaching to music
* Able to provide modifications and progressions for different fitness levels
* Reliable, professional and committed to creating a welcoming member experience
* Comfortable teaching independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Previous group fitness teaching experience is preferred, although candidates with strong relevant certifications and backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Availability
We are looking for instructors across our schedule, including:
* Early mornings
* Weekday mornings
* Lunchtime
* Evenings
* Weekend mornings
We are especially interested in instructors with weekday availability around 9:30 AM and/or 12:00 PM.
We are also looking to build a strong team of instructors who may be available for occasional class coverage and substitutions.
Classes
Depending on your background and certifications, opportunities may include:
Strength | Mat Pilates | Barre | Cardio
Instructors do not need to be qualified in every format. We’d love to hear about the formats you specialize in and are most passionate about teaching.
Compensation
$35–$50 per class, depending on experience and certifications.
