The Opportunity
Are you a skilled Refrigeration Mechanic who loves the satisfaction of a clean installation but is tired of the unpredictable, 2 AM emergency service calls? This role is for you.
We are expanding our Installation Crew. You will focus almost exclusively on large-scale, new construction installations from the ground up.
Note on Work Scope: While this is strictly an installation role, our team is dynamic. You may occasionally be asked to assist with service work if a project or team need requires it.
Key Responsibilities
- Layout, assemble, and install large-scale commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.
- Commissioning of installed equipment to company standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer specifications.
- Pipe fitting, brazing, and structural mounting of equipment.
- Collaborate with the construction crew, project managers, and other trades to ensure deadlines are met safely.
- Maintain a high standard of quality control and safety compliance on site.
What We Are Looking For
- Certified Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic (or equivalent experience/applicable licenses). Class "A" or "B" gas
- Proven experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial builds.
- Strong proficiency in reading complex mechanical drawings.
- A team-first attitude and a reputation for reliable, high-quality work.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
