Reno Stars is a busy Vancouver-based renovation company specializing in residential kitchen, bathroom, and full-home renovations. We are hiring a full-time Renovation Labourer / Construction Helper to support our project teams on job sites across Metro Vancouver.
This is a hands-on role for someone reliable, hard-working, and eager to learn the renovation trade. You will work alongside experienced tradespeople on a variety of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with demolition, site cleanup, and preparation for renovation projects
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
- Support carpenters, tilers, painters, and other tradespeople with daily tasks
- Help with basic installation, prep, and finishing work
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and lead workers
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese is required (our project teams and site coordinators communicate primarily in Mandarin/Cantonese)
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for long periods
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Previous construction or renovation experience is an asset but not required
- Own transportation / valid driver's licence is an asset
- Steel-toe boots and basic PPE
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person - job sites across Metro Vancouver
