Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage based on client preferences and needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ physical conditions and discuss their health history to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including treatments administered and any changes in client conditions.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment options, aftercare advice, and any concerns they may have.
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good condition.
- Must be in good standing with CMTO and carry liability insurance.
Experience
- Experienced and newly graduated RMT's are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
