Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers and Event Staff to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests during various events and dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills and a passion for providing excellent guest services. You will be responsible for serving and event operations, including Weddings, Tournaments and Events.
Duties
- Provide exceptional guest services by greeting attendees and addressing their needs promptly following our Service training guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during events, including coordinating with kitchen staff.
- Assist with Bartending and Wine Service
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this role.
