Position: Account Development Representative
Role Overview: The Account Development Representative (ADR) will support the sales and business development team by identifying potential prospects, conducting market research, and executing client outreach initiatives. This role is designed for a results-oriented professional looking to build a career in B2B sales or account management within the technology and SaaS sectors.
The ADR will be responsible for generating qualified leads, maintaining CRM integrity, and managing early-stage client engagement to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify potential B2B clients across North American industries (Telecom, Banking, Fintech, CPG, and Service sectors).
- Build and maintain a high-quality database of prospects using LinkedIn, industry platforms, and market research tools.
- Execute strategic lead generation campaigns and personalized outreach initiatives.
Sales Support & Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls, product demos, and presentations between prospects and senior sales/technical teams.
- Manage communication flows to ensure a seamless handoff from initial contact to qualified opportunity.
- Develop and refine sales collateral, presentations, and documentation for client-facing discussions.
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain meticulous records of leads, contacts, and engagement history within the CRM.
- Track outreach performance and provide regular updates on lead status.
- Generate performance reports regarding pipeline health and outreach conversion rates.
Market Research
- Analyze target accounts, industry trends, and competitor movements to inform outreach strategies.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and "trigger events" within target organizations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in sales support, business development, or marketing.
- Aptitude: Strong interest in B2B sales, digital transformation, and SaaS products.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Tools: Basic understanding of CRM systems and LinkedIn outreach.
- Mindset: Proactive, resilient, and eager to grow within a high-stakes sales environment.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead generation tools.
- Foundational knowledge of AI solutions, enterprise software, or automation.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.
