Landscape / Interlock Installer (Skilled) – Hiring ASAP
Clear Choice Solutions is looking for experienced interlock installers to join our growing team. We are NOT looking for general labourers — we need guys who know how to screed, set grade, and lay clean interlock properly. MUST HAVE A VEHICLE

What You’ll Be Doing
- Screeding and levelling base (HPB / stone dust) to proper grade
- Laying interlock (patios, walkways, driveways) clean and tight
- Cutting pavers accurately for borders and finishes
- Leading with lift & relay and new installs
- Operating equipment (skid steer, plate tamper, saws, etc.)
- Supporting site prep (excavation, base install, compaction)
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with interlock installation (REQUIRED)
- Ability to screed properly without supervision
- Comfortable cutting stone clean and efficiently
- Experience running skid steer / small equipment (preferred)
- Reliable, shows up on time, works hard
- Takes pride in clean, professional finishes
Pay
- $27 – $35/hr (based on experience)
