Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting & Office Administrator to join our team. This role is e responsible for the daily performance of various accounting and related functions, with an emphasis on filing invoices, addressing supplier queries, and providing administrative support for Accounts receivable, Accounts Payable and other departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
- Responsible for matching invoices with purchase orders and receiving records to verify supplier invoices for material purchases.
- Responsible for filing all paid invoices, purchase orders, and supplier correspondences in a timely manner.
- Responsible for posting service and logistics invoices.
- Assists in responding to supplier inquiries and requests in a timely, courteous, and respectful manner.
- Responsible for assisting with vendors payments remittances on a weekly basis.
- Responsible for overseeing the company’s reception including answering phones, greeting walk-ins, data entry, and receiving/sending faxes.
- Responsible for the daily management of office supplies and equipment.
- Provides administrative support and assistance for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and logistic team.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Skills
- College Degree in Accounting, finance or related field.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in accounting and office administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), including advanced excel formulas, and other company associated computer software.
- Demonstrated experience using ERP systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

The salary range listed in this posting represents the expected compensation for this position based on market conditions and internal considerations. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, qualifications, and alignment with the role requirements.
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
