Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, SEO, e-commerce, and analytics, with proficiency in various marketing tools and platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop innovative marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to optimize outreach and engagement across multiple channels. This is a fully in-person position based at our Bolton location and includes travel to local job sites as required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the company’s overall marketing strategy.
- Create marketing plans and campaigns that generate qualified leads.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital advertising platforms.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts and content calendar.
- Create posts, reels, advertisements and project showcases.
- Schedule and manage content using Hootsuite or a similar platform.
- Improve website content, SEO and local Google visibility.
- Visit job sites to capture professional photos and videos of projects.
- Capture drone footage of job sites and completed projects.
- Edit photography, video and drone footage for advertisements, social media and the company website.
- Create email campaigns, brochures and promotional materials.
- Manage leads and customer information through CRM platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, advertising costs and lead quality.
- Manage the company’s marketing budget responsibly.
- Maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations based on campaign results.
- Manage outside agencies, designers or marketing vendors when required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of marketing or digital marketing experience.
- Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field is preferred.
- Experience managing Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns.
- Experience using Hootsuite or similar social media management platforms.
- Experience using CRM platforms to track leads, customer communication and campaign results.
- Demonstrated experience with professional photography and videography.
- Experience operating a drone and capturing high-quality aerial footage.
- Experience editing photos, videos and short-form social media content.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and Google Business Profile.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp and MailerLite.
- Strong writing, communication and content-creation skills.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar programs.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other website content-management systems.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take full initiative.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Portfolio or examples of previous marketing, photography and video work.
- Experience marketing construction, landscaping, home improvement, luxury services or other high-value projects is considered an asset.
