We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, and integration. The successful candidate will work with business and technical teams to design, develop, test, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that support business requirements.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration. You should be comfortable working throughout the software development lifecycle and troubleshooting technical issues in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions.
- Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, flows, permissions, and security settings.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Participate in requirements gathering and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Work with Salesforce administrators, business analysts, QA teams, and other developers.
- Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices.
- Support deployment activities using appropriate Salesforce deployment tools.
- Investigate production issues and provide timely technical solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation for Salesforce customizations and integrations.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and recommended development practices.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Experience developing Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.
- Experience with Salesforce Flows and automation.
- Knowledge of Salesforce data models and standard/custom objects.
- Experience with Git or other source-control systems.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
- Experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
- Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps practices.
- Experience working with third-party applications and enterprise integrations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $85,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
