We're looking for an experienced Full-Time Barista to join our café team!
We are seeking a friendly, clean and efficient Barista to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment. This role involves preparing Drinks, serving Pastries, maintaining a clean and welcoming space, and ensuring customers have a positive experience and leave happy!
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of picture perfect coffee drinks, teas, and Matcha using standard recipes
- Operate Clover POS system for order processing and cash handling
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking and delivering orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and cafe and ensuring food safety standards are met
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
Experience
- Prior experience as a Barista mandatory; 1+ Years in a fast paced environment
- Must be available on weekends
- Familiarity with POS systems like Clover is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
