Job Summary
We are a local burger restaurant in Burlington, ON seeking an experienced and dependable cook for a part time or full time position. You will be a key part of our kitchen team, responsible for grill operations and delivering a great experience for every customer. Both full-time and part-time applicants are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Operate the grill and prepare burger orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service throughout each shift
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all time
- Assist with kitchen prep, assembly, and general duties as needed
- Serve food promptly and courteously to guests or staff members
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
- Work effectively during busy periods while maintaining food quality
Qualifications
- Valid Food Handler Certificate — required
- Prior experience on a grill or in a fast food / quick service kitchen
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Reliable and available for the employment duration
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Pay: $17.60 per hour
