The Account Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day agency efforts on behalf of the client’s product and/or service on assigned accounts. Primarily responsible for the execution of all projects for the brand.
The successful Account Executive is someone who:

Is passionate about advertising and the creative process

Has a clear understanding of internal advertising processes, support day-to-day account operations on the retail and nameplate site business.

Has a clear understanding of creative asset management, and execution with the oversight of account supervisors.

Has the ability to establish strong relationships with agency partners of all levels.

Building rapport and credibility with their clients based on trust and expert counsel

Synchronizing communications between account teams, vendors, and clients
-
Tracking all billing and payment records
-
Understanding client positioning and strategy
-
Curating accurate and thorough documentation: status reports, contact report, timelines, etc...

Taking ownership of day-to-day tactics and executions within agency
-
Developing strong and positive working relationships with creative, traffic, project management, finance, other departments

Communicating timelines & booking internal meetings/reviews with the support of the Integrated Project Managers

Taking charge of internal and global Leo Burnett status documents and developing contact reports following meeting
-
Communicating with regional contact of AHO and timelines
-
Supporting and handling resourcing of Producers across all retail and site campaigns

Supporting in sourcing studio contacts
-
Providing input, consultation, and cooperation with other agency and client partners.

2 to 3 year of agency account management experience

Experience in working in an advertising or marketing agency setting

Solid understanding of the various executional channels including: Broadcast, Digital, Social

Ability to independently complete assigned tasks successfully and on time

Ability to manage and support multiple projects – multi-task, prioritize, and adjust quickly to changing priorities

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-
Demonstrates initiative, and is proactive
-
Creative and quick conceptual thinker and problem solver
-
Ability to work well under pressure and with strict deadlines
