Role Overviews:
The Client Development Coordinator will play a key role in expanding our client base, building relationships with creators and brands, and organizing impactful PR initiatives. This position requires an energetic and proactive individual who excels in networking, client research, and PR coordination with popular consumer brands worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with current and potential clients to strengthen partnerships
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team to share insights, align on strategies, and support overall business development efforts
- Client Recruitment: Identify and engage potential clients that align with our services and values
- Network Analysis: Analyze existing client roster to identify opportunities for improvement
- Client Research: Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their needs, market trends, and alignment with SmallScreen’s services
- PR Coordination: Plan and organize PR packages for clients, ensuring materials are tailored and delivered to creators effectively
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in project management, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in client development, business development, or related roles
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build meaningful client relationships
- Excellent research and analytical abilities
- Experience in public relations or PR coordination is highly desirable
- Proactive, self-starter with strong communication skills

Pay: $40,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
