Summary
Join Glacier Maintenance as a Factory Cleaning Associate in Trenton. These roles are essential in ensuring our facilities are spotless and well-maintained, supporting our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities located on Dufferin Street.
Monday to Friday: Start date of August 3rd
1. Part time: 8 am - 12 pm (Factory washrooms and lunchroom)
2. Full time: 4 pm - 12 am (Factory cleaning)
3. Part time: 430 pm - 830 pm (Office cleaning
Saturday and Sunday: Start date of August 1st
12 pm - 4 pm (Factory washrooms and lunchroom)
Rate of Pay: $18.75/hr
Responsibilities:
-Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
-Maintain cleanliness of factory floors, restrooms, and common areas.
-Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
-Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
-Contribute to a clean and organized work environment that reflects the company's standards.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred. We will train selected candidates.
-Ability to work independently.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
-Reliable transportation is an asset. No transit available at all times.
-Steel toed footwear required
-Clean criminal background, a background check will be required
