Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Medical Aesthetician to join our dynamic team! Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, relaxation massage, eyelash extensions ( not a must) , chemical peels, and Oxygeneo facials, Rf skin tightening treatments, micronedling, dermaplaining.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and maintenance to promote long-term results.
- Conduct product demonstrations and upsell recommended skincare products and services to enhance client results and satisfaction.
- Provide excellent guest services by creating a warm, inviting atmosphere and addressing client needs promptly.
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in guests, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting products that complement treatments and meet client needs.
- Support team efforts by participating in promotional events, offering product demos, and contributing to a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Strong command of English
- Able to work evenings and weekends
- Proven experience in customer service within the beauty or wellness industry; previous aesthetician or cosmetology certification preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments and products.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Ability to perform body waxing, eyelash extensions, facials, chemical peels, nail care, lash lift and tint, and other aesthetic services.
- Experience with retail sales techniques including upselling and product recommendations.
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while maintaining attention to detail in treatments.

Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
