Job Description Gameday Men’s Health is excited to welcome a dynamic, multitasking Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our growing healthcare team! With our Aurora location successfully operating since February 2025, we are expanding our footprint to our brand-new upcoming location in Richmond Hill, ON.
As an RPN at Gameday, you will be a key driver of the patient experience, providing compassionate, high-quality care, conducting clinical assessments, and administering cutting-edge treatments. If you want to escape the burnout of traditional, high-volume public healthcare, pivot into the booming field of longevity, and truly grow with an innovative organization, this is your opportunity.
Why Join Gameday? Gameday was created for one simple reason: To give men a world-class experience to feel their best. Set in a premium "man-cave" environment, plush with flat-screen TVs, leather chairs, and sports memorabilia, Gameday is revolutionizing healthcare delivery. We operate on a private, concierge medical model, meaning zero public insurance bureaucracy, zero billing headaches, and more quality time spent with patients.
Our Clinical Philosophy: We operate at the forefront of preventative, age-management, and longevity medicine. While advanced longevity and hormone optimization therapies have historically been viewed as an exclusive luxury, Gameday’s mission is to democratize this care, bringing modern, proactive wellness to everyday men in our community. Our focus is on safe, evidence-informed therapies that maximize long-term health and vitality. The ideal RPN for this role is forward-thinking, enthusiastic about proactive patient care, and passionate about making life-changing wellness accessible to all.

- Performing Shockwave treatments for erectile dysfunction and assisting the Nurse Practitioner with other advanced clinical procedures as needed.
- Collaborating directly with the Nurse Practitioner Clinic Director and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, individualized patient care.
- Maintaining accurate, highly confidential electronic medical records (EMR) in strict compliance with regulations.
- Supporting day-to-day clinic operations, including covering the front desk, answering inquiries, and conducting patient follow-up calls as needed.
Qualifications & Regulatory Requirements:
- Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with an active, unencumbered license.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Proven, advanced training and hands-on experience in Phlebotomy (essential).
- Experience in an outpatient clinic environment (such as primary care, urology, medical aesthetics, or private wellness clinics) is a strong asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine talent for patient connection and education.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a tight-knit clinical team.
- Ability to travel to our clinic location in Aurora, ON for initial onboarding/cross-coverage if needed and be physically present at the Richmond Hill clinic.
