Job Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented and organized Payroll Data Entry Clerks to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data within our system. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Input data into various databases and systems with precision and speed.
- Maintain organized files and records to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
- Assist in the preparation of reports by compiling data from various sources.
- Review and verify data for accuracy before entry into systems.
- Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and efficiency.
- Respond to inquiries regarding data management and assist in resolving discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Payroll knowledge
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Familiarity with clerical and administrative tasks in an office setting.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality work output.
- Strong communication skills
