Overview
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team in providing exceptional vehicle repair and maintenance services. The ideal candidate will have a good background in automotive repair and proficiency with various tools and schematics. This role offers an opportunity to work on a wide range of vehicles, utilizing your mechanical expertise to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a variety of automotive issues, including engine , brake, and electrical systems.
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to execute repairs and modifications
- Conduct heavy lifting as needed for parts replacement or vehicle servicing
- Assemble components and perform installations according to manufacturer specifications
- Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and quality expectations
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs needed and answering questions professionally
Qualifications
- Proven mechanic experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics reading
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Experience with automotive repair, maintenance, and assembly processes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Certification or training in automotive technology is preferred but not required
