Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Patrol Guard / Alarm Response professional to ensure the safety and security of assigned premises. This role involves patrolling designated areas, responding promptly to alarms, and maintaining a visible security presence to deter potential threats. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of vigilance, excellent observation skills, and the ability to operate surveillance equipment effectively. Prior experience in law enforcement or security is a plus, but not mandatory. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to community safety while working in a dynamic environment.

Duties
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas via vehicle or on foot to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards.
- Respond swiftly and appropriately to alarm activations, investigating and resolving issues as needed.
- Utilize surveillance systems, including CCTV, to observe and identify security concerns.
- Document incidents accurately and thoroughly in reports for future reference and action.
- Assist with loss prevention efforts by monitoring for theft or vandalism and intervening when necessary.
- Maintain a professional presence, providing assistance and information to visitors or staff when required.
- Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services during incidents requiring external intervention.
- Ensure all security equipment is operational and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in law enforcement, security, surveillance, or loss prevention is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of CCTV operation and monitoring techniques is advantageous.
- Strong observational skills with an eye for detail and suspicious activity detection.
- Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and professionally.
- Valid driver’s license preferred for mobile patrol responsibilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays if necessary.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all duties performed.
