Overnight -Material Handler / Dock Worker. This is an immediate opportunity!
What's In It for You?
- Wage: $ 23.02
- Hours of Work (Weekly Schedule):
- Sunday – Thursday – 12:00 mn – 8:30 am
- Great performance can lead to a permanent placement with the Client after 6 months!
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs (manually)
- Must be able to push/pull up to 50lbs.
- Must have the ability to sit, squat and kneel.
- Employee must have their own paid of Steel-Toe Safety Boots (CSA Approved)
- Completion of a Security (Criminal) Background Check
- Previously worked and operated a forklift in a transportation and/or dock environment.
- Valid Forklift Certification is a strong asset.
Job Details:
- Working with a skilled team in the transportation industry, you will be moving skids/pallets between trucks for delivery.
- You are a safety conscious worker who has experience operating a counter-balance forklift and also comfortable completing some manual of packages by hand (max of 50 lbs).
- Utilization of Electric Pallet Jack
- You have basic computer function skills or have experience using hand-held electronic systems.
- This role is 75% Forklift Operation with 25% Material Handling/Loose Loading
