The Building Maintenance position is an integral part in the successful operation of the hotel property, and the candidate will be required to possess a confident and practical knowledge.
We are looking for a part time candidate to join the Stonebridge Hotel!
Duties and Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- General maintenance of the property such as: grounds and lawn maintenance, snow removal, basic carpentry/plumbing/electrical maintenance and upkeep, maintenance, painting and servicing of equipment
- Ordering supplies through GM
- Maintain records of all tasks and projects completed.
- Inventory control of tools and supplies.
- Ensuring all room deficiencies are addressed correctly and as quickly as possible.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Always respond in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and other colleagues.
- Take up any tasks assigned by department managers and the General Manager.
- Report to work in required uniform
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
You can expect physically demanding work that includes using tools and equipment and moving around much of the day, including having to climb ladders and lift heavy items.
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
