Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our construction management team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting project planning, execution, and communication across various construction projects. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to specifications. A strong background in construction processes and familiarity with industry-standard software are essential for success in this role.
Duties
- Assist in developing and reviewing project schedules using Primavera P6 and other scheduling tools.
- Three years of experience in the mechanical or construction industry.
- Coordinate project activities, including procurement, logistics, and resource allocation.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support project planning.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, HeavyBid, and Civil 3D for tracking progress and managing documentation.
- Prepare and update project estimates using construction estimating techniques.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to review design schematics and technical documents.
- Monitor project timelines and communicate updates to stakeholders effectively.
- Support project managers in maintaining compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Assist in managing subcontractor schedules, deliverables, and documentation through Bluebeam or similar platforms.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, organized, and accessible for team review.
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam for digital document management.
- Ability to interpret technical schematics and construction plans accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated project management experience within the construction industry.
- Construction experience or background is highly preferred to understand field operations thoroughly.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating between teams, clients, and vendors.

Pay: $45,310.10-$60,000.00 per year
