Operations Manager – Help Build Something Bigger
Location: Surrey, BC (with travel throughout Metro Vancouver as needed)

What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee daily business operations
- Manage office administration and scheduling
- Coordinate cleaners and supervisors
- Ensure jobs are completed to company standards
- Recruit, train, and support team members
- Improve systems and processes
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues
- Track company performance and KPIs
- Assist with business development and growth initiatives
- Work directly with the CEO to help scale the company
