Food Services Manager — Adobo Nation, Fort McMurray, AB
Adobo Nation (Luke's Foods Ltd.), a Filipino restaurant, grocery and bakery at 30 Riedel Street, Fort McMurray, AB T9H 3E1, is seeking a full-time, permanent Food Services Manager to oversee all operations of the business. $37.00/hour, 40 hours/week. Starts as soon as possible. 1 vacancy. On-site.
Responsibilities: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations; develop and analyze budgets, monitor revenues and labour costs, cost products and services; set menu prices according to budget; recruit, supervise and schedule staff, monitor performance and conduct reviews; negotiate with suppliers and catering clients; determine services offered and implement operational procedures; organize and maintain inventory; ensure health and safety compliance; address customer complaints, manage events, participate in marketing.
Requirements: English; secondary school graduation; 3 years to less than 5 years of experience; Safe Food Handling certificate; criminal record check.
